2. Services & Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices displayed on the website are current at the time of posting and may change without notice.
• Membership pricing is locked for the duration of your active subscription period.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Team package hours that are not used within the package period are non-refundable. Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Facility Rules

All users must comply with our facility rules. Key rules include:

• All participants must sign a liability waiver before using the facility
• Athletes under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Batting helmets are required for all cage users
• No metal cleats on the synthetic turf — turf shoes or indoor shoes only
• No food or open beverages on the turf or in batting cages

5. Liability Waiver

All participants must complete and sign a liability waiver prior to their first visit. Parents or legal guardians must sign for minors under 18. Waivers are valid for one calendar year and must be renewed annually. The full waiver text is presented during the booking process and within the customer portal.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Parents/guardians are responsible for all dependent accounts linked to their profile.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of The Training Yard and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Photo & Video Consent

By entering The Training Yard facility, you consent to being photographed or video-recorded for promotional, marketing, or instructional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff before your session.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Training Yard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Iowa.
